The EUCLES board is proud to announce they have approved 8 newly labellised clusters in June 2024, recognising their management excellence!
The GOLD Label is awarded to cluster management organisations that demonstrate a high level of professionalism and sophisticated cluster management, including expertise in strategic management, internationalisation, financing, sector strategy, networking, and communication. Two clusters have been awarded the Gold label in June 2024:
- Danish Life Sciences Cluster – Health and medical science – Denmark
- GCE NODE – Global Centre of Expertise – Energy and environment – Norway
The SILVER Label “Dedicated to Cluster Excellence” recognises the successful implementation of improvement processes that were initiated following a previous Bronze Label benchmarking exercise. One cluster has been recognised with the silver label:
- Energy Saxony e. V. – Energy and environment – Germany.
The BRONZE label recognises the intention of a cluster management organisation to strive for excellence by improving its management capabilities and performance levels. Five clusters have received the Bronze Label:
- INNOVACC – Catalan Association for innovation in the pig meat sector – Food industry – Spain
- Cluster Audiovisual de Catalunya – Creative industry – Spain
- Plastics Cluster – Production and engineering Czech Republic
- Norwegian Wood Cluster SA – Construction – Norway
- Light Mobility Cluster – Mobility: Vehicles, rail, traffic systems – Spain
